hi i want to check with you before decide to buy your product. whether the siglos pro work in windows 7. i have try to download the Siglos Karaoke Professional, current version 1.2.61 . the installation seem fine no error prom. but after i try to play a song(.avi) the windows stop the program and close it. any thing i can do?

The problems may be related to the codec installation in your system. Please try to reinstall codec pack, and retry.

It works with my Win 7 system 100%.

As above. It could be a codec issue, or maybe media player is trying to play the file at the same time.

On your machine, what is the default program assigned to play your AVI files? Right click on one and select properties to see.
