Hi Adam,

I downloaded the trial version of Karaoke Professional to test. So far I like it and most likely will purchase.

However, at the time I installed, I unchecked the box to install the toolbar. Yet, the program installed it anyway on both IE and Firefox. On IE, I was unable to use my favorites with the toolbar installed. I disabled it and did an uninstall and IE works fine now. I had to uninstall it from Firefox as well.

My point is, when I don't want a toolbar, yet you have your install program set to install it anyway, that is not ethical. Please correct this.

We have no similar reports from other users as it is not supposed to happen. We will check this, and test Siglos Karaoke Professional setup for bugs.

I am sorry for the nuisance, but we have not been able to verify this -- with toolbar install unchecked it is not installed. Maybe you have not checked it off after all?

You should be able to uninstall the toolbar in an easy manner -- IE version in Programs and features of Windows, and FF version by clicking the toolbar in Tools/Add-ons and selecting uninstall.
