|

I have a question. I have full licensed copy of Karaoke DVD Burner. I recently did an update to version 1.0.35 and restarted my XP machine. Ever since then i have been having problems when making a dvd. I have perviously made 7 dvd's with no problems.
What is happening now is that after starting the job, the conversion and the making of the file directories , and basically 5 hours of processing songs. At the very end i used to get a pop up where I would have to click finish to actually burn the data to disc. I no longer get that pop up so after all the songs are done being made the disc is not being burned. I know the files are in there somewhere because it took 5 hours to go through each song. Its like at the end it just stops before its supposed to burn.
Is there a way to manually make it burn? I have tried 3 different time to make it all from scratch and starting all over but still no Finish pop up button to burn at the end. I am using the same blank media that i have always used and I leave the blank dvd in there before i start the job. Please help me with a solution to this problem i am having. |

You should be able to burn using 'Burn Existing Files' command from Disc menu. You may also try creating files first using Disc/Create Files.
If this still does not work, please start Karaoke DVD Burner and press Ctrl+SHIFT+L . The folder that will open should contain kardvdlog.txt file -- it is a log file for the program. Please email it to support@powerkaraoke.com. It will allow us to diagnose the problem. _________________ Adam
