|
|
I would like to know if there's a way to have each lyric line peel off after it is synchronized (or sung). I don't like the way that the last word of each line swipes slowly depending on how soon the next line comes up. It would be great to have the CONTROL key be used as the SPACEBAR to determine when the entire lyric line is completed and can peel off
Would also like to know if I can have the first line of the next screen set appear as the last line of the previous screen starts. Trying to replicate the way that most CD+Gs look using other tools. This way the vocalist can get a preview of the upcoming lyrics as they're finishing the current set that they're singing.
Can you export lyric and timing to create .lrc or enhanced .lrc files? |

Hi Piotr,
You emailed me links to your FAQs, which I read but didn't quite resolve my questions. Thanks for the quick reply though...guess we're all working through the holidays.
1. Now that I have a file of timed lyrics and I haven't used the control key to signify the ending of each line of lyrics....How do I insert a command now after the fact? Do I basically do and "overdub" and press the control key at the end of each line or will that erase my already synced lyrics? Or is there a way to insert it in "editing mode"
2. The FAQ you sent to me about exporting the lyrics in an advanced .lrc format didn't answer the question. The FAQ is about importing lyrics into your program.
3. As far as having the lines peel away. I script all of the lyrics in 4 line screens. I'd like each line to peel off after it's sung. AND as the last line (in most cases, line 4) starts, I'd like the 1st line of the next screen to draw so that the singer can "look ahead"...instead of the ENTIRE screen staying on and then the next screen all appearing at once. Can this be done? |

Drag the end marker for the last word of each line
up in the waveform window at the left with the mouse.
You can adjust the beginning of each word too.
You can highlight a word in the lyrics window,
then rightclick and choose "adjust timing"
(or something similar, I'm not on my karaoke
machine right now, so this is from memory).
A window pops up that will allow you to adjust start
and/or end time in milliseconds.
All this is in the toturial.

You will want to use overwrite as Piotr indicated above. It is only available in the pro version.
