A couple of days have now passed since we paid for an unlock code for our poerkaraoke player plus but have not yet received any mail from you, Please let us know what is happening

I've received an email confirming that you obtained the unlock code, and successfully unlocked the software, so I understand that currently no additional intervention is necessary.
