I have paid for the unlock code for this, and it has been taken from my account.
As of yet i have not received any mail, confirmation of payment, or any codes.
I have also sent an email to supprt, but nothing has come of that.
Please can you advise me of whats happened to either my code or my money.

The unlock code was sent to you twice. Should you not receive it, please contact support@powerkaraoke.com, and provide alternate e-mail address. Also, please check your spam folder.
