I purchased your burner product on Saturday and I am still waiting for my unlock code. Please HELP....I need to use this produst ASAP.

We have sent you the unlock code straight after the purchase and then again yesterday using a different email account. If you still have not received it, please let us know. Also please make sure that your anti-spam software does not block emails from powerkaraoke.com.
