Hi!

I've downloaded the latest trial version of the karaoke video creator to evaluate the program and i like it very much, but i won't buy it if it won't work better. I constantly get crashes, no matter what i do, usually when i try to apply styles for the video. This is a very good program, but i would like it to work properly.

What is your operating system? Please try enabling 'Use alternate MP3 mode' in Preferences (File menu) and see if it works any better.

Operating system is Vista.

Tried the alternate mp3 mode, works a little better, but it's still crashing. Now more randomly.

Try unticking update automatically on the preview.

Helped me but still get some crashes.
