Just downloaded and installed Karaoke Video Creator but it doesn't run. I always get a runtime error.

How do I fix this?

The splash screen comes up and then the error. I don't even get the main program window appear.

Please try to reinstall the program. What is your operating system?

Please try to update DirectX using Microsoft download service.

Hi

After re-installing the software and updating my directx the program then worked fine... until yesterday. I now, once again, have the same runtime error appearing and no program opening up.

Hmm... what to do next?

I have just re-installed it and it's working ok again.... for now.

Why does this happen? Problem with the software or my PC? I have other products from you guys and never had a problem until this one.

My Karaoke Video Creator kept crashing when I was trying to create the video file. When I converted the mp3 to a wav file it no longer crashed. Any ideas why?
