My name is Momodou Yaya Ceesay. I paid for the program on 3/3/2010 but did not receive an unlock code. My e-mail address is momsfy@tds.net. I did not remember seeing an order number. I paid with a master card ending with 2667 and the transaction has gone through. Please help.

I paid for the professional upgrade to the siglo player that I own, and have not receive my unlock code, nor do I remember the program downloading. maybe I did something wrong. please, email me and let me know what to do. My order number is 86771. Thanks!

The unlock code was sent to you. I have resent it again. Should you not receive it, please contact support@powerkaraoke.com..
