You may use PowerKaraoke -- use 'MP3/WAV + CDG -> BIN' command from Toolbox menu.

Please note that Power CD+G Burner can record MP3/CDG files to CD+G disc without a need to convert them.

I am sorry, but I do not understand what are you trying to achieve.

If you would like to burn a CD+G disc, then use Power CD+G Burner. You will be able to play it on a karaoke player.

If you would like to play CDG and BIN files on computer, use Power CD+G Player Pro.

Are you burning BIN or CDG/MP3 files? Have you tried playing the file (not the disc) in Power CD+G Player Pro? Where are these files from?

It may be that your drive does not support CD+G burning. What model is it?

MP3 file is requires -- CDG/MP3 files needs to be in the same directory. BIN file contains both audio and graphics, but is much larger.
