i bought pk two years ago and never have probs untill my pc was formated.now i cant register it for some reason anyone help pleeeeease

I have been trying to contact you via email, but for some reason it looks like my emails do not reach you. Maybe your anti-spam filter is deleting them?

Please download the latest version of PowerKaraoke from our site. Make sure you download the regular version, not Plus nor Video -- they require different serial.

Also please try to copy the registration number from the email instead of typing it in -- the cause may be a simple typing mistake.

If this all fails, please send me the screenshot of 'About' dialog box to help me diagnoze the problem.
