I'm trying to copy my karaoke cds onto my hard drive and each time it locks up about 1/2 way through the disc. I have to force it to close and reopen the program and start from where it froze up. This has happened every time...help!?!?

Please try to change the output folder location. Should the problems persist, please let me know.

Hi Adam, I changed the output file and it still locked up about 3/4 the way through the disc. Any other suggestions?

What is the manufacturer name of the CD/DVD drive you have? Please try to slow down the reading speed.

I don't know the mfg of the cd/dvd burner, it's whatever came with my new Acer laptop.

I will try to slow down the rip speed and see what happens.

Sharon, GoTo "Start"--"My Computer"--highlight your "drive"--right click and choose "Properties"....that should tell you the make and model of your burner.....
