Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium x64
RAM: 4 GB
Burning worked fine before registration, now burning fails every time. Have tried every combination of options in the settings. Burning was successful from internal drive before registration, now neither drive will burn. What gives?

Should probably note that the Plextor drive is known to read and burn CD+G format.
Update: The internal drive will burn a disc in SAO mode, but I would really prefer that the external drive burn. My question still stands, why can't this program burn via the external drive?

Please reinstall Power CD+G Burner, but this time enable SPTD option during setup. Reboot the computer, and give it a go.
