| after ripping the cdg files they still play on my cdg player, but after burning these same files it no longer works, but it did on the trial one. This doesn't make sense at all. |

It may be the CD/DVD drive you are using to burn CD+G format does not support CD+G properly. What is the manufacturer name of the CD/DVD drive? _________________ Adam

| hp dvd-ram gh40L-rb12 it burned great on the trial version but not the full version. |

Please try to reinstall Power CD+G Burner, but this time enable SPTD option during setup. Reboot the computer afterwards, and give it a go. _________________ Adam
