| I downloaded your program and used. I love so I bought and it worked great. I installed a new drive on my computer and did a fresh install of windows xp and then I redownloaded your program but now it doesn't work when I try to open the program nothing happens. I can open all the help files and everything else just not the program. ANy suggestions. |

Please try uninstalling Power CD+G Burner and then install it again. If it still does not work please check if file cdgblog.txt exists in C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner directory and if yes, email it to me, so I will be able to see what might be the problem.

What exactly happens when you double-click the REG file? Please note that you need to decompress the ZIP file first.

OK. Then open Registry Editor (to do this type regedit from command prompt), select Import from File menu and then open the file I have sent you. Thanks.

hi there,
I did what you told me to do and it told me I unzipped it to my desktop and it named it pkd.reg. I went to import and it gave me the error message:
cannot import file pkd.reg: the specified file is not a registry file. you can only inport regeistry files. |

I am thinking something might have gone arwy with your rebuild.
Did you have any troubles installing any of your other software or drivers?
