Hey guys....I'm new here with Siglos and power CDG. Already posted one question and this is my other question. Sometimes the free data base in inconistent when it pulls off the info from a karaoke disc. Sometime it will pull it in as ""Artist first name, artist last name, and then song title. But, sometimes it will do it ""Artist last name, artist first name and song" sometimes it even does song first and then artist information. Im sure everyone that's used the free db has realized that. However, my problem comes in that sometimes I miss correcting this before I scan it to my hardrive sometimes and when Im scanning back thru the folder with my scanned karaoke songs in it..I will notice it and then I correct it in the folder with the rename function and put it in the correct template order. However, when I import the songs into Siglos, it copies it in the way I originally uploaded it to the hardrive. For example, I copied the song in as Redding, Otis, sitting ont he dock of the bay, 7501, 01 and then I realize I wanted Otis Redding, sitting on the dock of the bay, 7501,01. So I go into my folder...then change it to Otis redding, sitting on the dock of the bay, 7501,01. But, then when I import it into the Siglos it goes back to Redding, Otis, sitting on the dock of the bay, 7501, 01. Does anyone know why this happens and if there is a way to fix that? Hopefully, Im not the only one that's hard this problem. Thanks!

Lance

Please try to disable "Detect commas in artist name" option in File -> Settings -> KJ.
