This is a new one for me. I added a singer's name with a bunch of songs. I later deleted the name from the list of singer's, but now every time I try to enter the same name into the rotation I receive a popup box that states the name already exist in the data base. I am given a couple of choices to select from, such as give the singer a new name of add a description and so forth. My question is how can I delete this name from the data base if I don't see the name in the singer's rotation list? If I can somehow delete the name, I would be able to re-enter the same name and have it on my rotation list again.

I use this all the time to start with a clean list ever night. as long as you don't remove it from the Singer History you can go back and search for that name and enter it in the current data base for that night. If you remove it totally from the singer history area it is gone. I keep regulars in there so I can call them up any time they show up. and just clear and start a new venue each job and then add what singers I want from history.
