Hey quick question, I used DVD Burner on Windows XP successfully.
I recently upgraded my OS to Windows 7 with exact same hardware/computer and there are No Errors with any drives, dvd, cd, etc.
But I get the error "cannot detect dvd writer device" when I try to burn with Karaoke DVD Burner..?
Thoughts On what it could be..?

yes the dvd writer shows up, works great with other software -no issues I can see.

Please try reinstalling the program, but make sure that SPTD is enabled during installation (it is on the fifth page of the setup program).
If this fails please start Karaoke DVD Burner and press Ctrl+SHIFT+L . The folder that will open should contain kardvdlog.txt file -- it is a log file for the program. Please email it to us. It will allow us to diagnose the problem. |
