i'm using the latest video karaoke prog,
hey, i'm from israel and i've been trying your program,
i load a playback to the software, then the lyrics.
now, i try to edit it with the text editor (like getting adittional spaces or make an event), but 97% of the times the program crashes, so i cant work..
and it sometimes crashes when i try to make MPG, i have to load the program again and again just to do it.

As a programmer, don't you have a QA team? or testing crew? its like the program had been written and without any test u published it.
i thought of buying it but i really think i'll look for another program...

u should fix those problems, it hurts your customers...

Power Video Karaoke has been on market for two years and we have alot of customers that are using it for commercial products. So I think that your problems are either releated with your system or with the song you are trying to create. Please email me more details -- PKD file that is causing the problems would help. Also please make sure that you use the latest version of the software.

but i dont have the latest version, maybe it's the problem.. but still, it crashes with 0x000008c something like that, maybe its a great program and it is, but those bugs that i've encountered are not hidden, so i dont mean to sound like a bitch, but as a programmer i'd never publish something that is or not finished, or not tested.

anyway, the songs i'm making are hebrew songs.

And what is the reason you are not using the latest version? Especially if you complain on the one you are using...
