SO, I downloaded the demo for SKP and after installing it I seem to be having some issues. Hopefully someone has an answer.

I can add Singers and songs to the rotation with no problem. When I click "Start" the Performers Screen will flash briefly and then goes back to the singers name and song choice, or it will go blank with a black screen. If I hit Next it will lock up and require that I kill the task in Task Manager. I can drag and drop songs into the player with no issues whatsoever.

Any thoughts?

What does happen when you open the song using File -> Open command?

Using File -> Open command I browse to a song and it asks me if I want to stat a new session, click yes then it starts playing the selection. I can also use the "Load a song from the hard disc" button with out nay issues.

Do you have your songs stored on a external hard drive?

It may be the drive letter assigned to the hard drive changed after it was reconnected. Please make sure this is not the case.

Alright, your suggestion got me thinking... so I deleted the database and reimported it and it seems to be working fine now.
