|
|
Hi, I recently purchased CD+G Player Pro and seem to have an Isolated problem as I have searched the forum High and Low and haven't come across any similar problems.
Here is my problem the player works great for a while then the words get all garbled and disappear then reappear. I have 2 CD Players and it happens with both of them the CD+G's are brand new, The lenses on both CD Players have been cleaned. I have closed most of the programs running in the background, but still faced with the same problem. Can somebody HELP??? PLZZZZZZ
P.S. I also have downloaded and installed the latest version.
Any suggestion would be great
Thanks in Advance

Please make sure that higher reading speed mode is disabled in Settings dialog box.
What brand are these CD+Gs? _________________ Piotr

I bought a new CD Player yesterday and Still having problems, I tried the CD's in my friends Karaoke machine and they work fine.
I disabled most everything running in the background, even downloaded and re-installed the program. I also tried a different brand CD-G.

What operating system are you using? And what are your computer specs?
Also I would suggest that you emailed us, as email is the best way to get support as a registered user. I hope that we will sort this issue out. _________________ Piotr
