Hi im running version 1.3.50 latest and registered on windows xp proffessional using a phillips dvd+rw416 burner.The program burns the cd+g disks perfectly but the prog stops responding at 99% and i have to power off my pc cant shut it down (i dont like this  ) I am using the internal burner cant use any other.Hope someone can help.

Please try changing to disc-at-once burning mode. If this does not help please try CDRDao mode.

| Hi Piotr thanks for the prompt reply but i am already using disk at once and cant use CDRDao mode it wont work. |

Hi, I have the exact same problem using XP Pro SP2/ Plextor PX-740A. If it's alright I will mail the log file you mentioned.

I have replied to your email. Plextor 740 should work fine using Internal/Disc-at-once mode (it worked on my machine).

I believe I have replied to it straight away. Here is what I wrote:
Are you using CD-R disc, or are you trying to record with DVD-R disc? The software will not work with DVD.
If this is not the case then I cannot find of anything else -- Internal/disc-at-once should work fine with this drive.
And one more thing -- please make sure that the proper drive (ie. PHILIPS) is selected in 'Burner Device' combo.

Have you tried Internal/Disc-at-once on Phillips drive? If yes then please send me a log file of this recording again.
