I tried to purchase the unlock code for "Power CD+G Burner". The order process appeared to lock at the very end so I am not sure it went through. I didn't get an order number or confirmation and I have not yet recieved the unlock code.

I am sorry, but your orders did not get through. You may try using our alternate payment processor.

I followed the alternative order entry you advised. I was given order# U15968289. I have still not recieved my unlock key. When I try to find the status of my order your system and SWREG system cannot find it. Does your company actually ever sell your products?

I have found your order in the SWReg database, but there is an indication that the authorization was not completed. Please place the order again, or contact SWReg to resolve the matter.
