Troubleshooting

If you enter your unlock code and still are unable to save files, there are two possible reasons for the problems you are experiencing:

- You are using the registration number you have received for
Power Video Karaoke in PowerKaraoke or other version of our software.
Each of our products require different unlock code. Please check
About dialog box if the software version says Power Video Karaoke. If
it is something else, please go to our website, download, install,
and register the proper version.

- You have made an error when entering your registration number.
The best way is to copy the email and the number from the
registration email and then paste it into the registration dialog box.
After you have done this Register command should be grayed out.

If you are sure that neither of the items above applies to you, please send the screenshot of About and Register dialog boxes to support@powerkaraoke.com and we will try to figure out what might be the problem.

The unlock code is correct -- I have just checked it. Make sure you are suing the latest version of the program. The best way to enter the unlock code is to copy it in email you received from us (select it with mouse and press Ctrl+C) and then to paste into dialog box (activate unlock code edit box and press Ctrl+V). You may also do the same for email address, as unlock code depends on it.


But note that you have posted your unlock code on the open webforum -- why have you done that? It was accessible for everyone and might have been read by anyone. Please never to this again.
