Hello....
Some things about Karaoke CDG Creator Pro....
1) Why don't the first 5 colors along the top row in the border color selection have color labels like the rest? And why do only these 5 colors from the selection screen have different RGB numbers to the colors that were used in Power Karaoke Plus? I always used to use the 5th color along the top row when i used to use PKP but now that color shade has changed.
2) When inserting an event either by right clicking or clicking the 'Insert Event' button on the toolbar, i used to be able to right clight on the inserted event and view it's properties in PKP. Example, if i put a clear screen event in as simple and then after wanted to change it to a fade. Now in Karaoke CDG Creator Pro i can't seem to be able to do this. I have to now delete the even and insert another one with the changed properties.
3) Good idea for countdowns and automatic countdowns but i would like to of seen an option to be able to choose different icons (eg. * , - , >) instead of just the default .......
Thanks for your time.
P.S... With regards to number 2, i've just noticed that the only event that you can view properties for is CLEAR SCREEN. You can not view properties for all the other events. |

We had to change the component for color selection to allow 'Automatic' border color. This is the recommended mode -- it selects the color found in left top corner of the image (usually background). Other color selectors are as they were in PowerKaraoke.

I wondered how could we miss it... and the answer is that event properties can be accessed from menu for events on the first page... Once you scroll it down the menu does not display properly. You may access event properties by double-clicking the event though.
We will fix it.

This is on the list of things to include in one of the neares updates -- you will be able to select character or enter a custom text (like 4...3...2...1...).
We should release a maintenance update later this week that will deal with #2 and some other minor bugs. _________________ Piotr

We have just released version 2.0.3 -- it fixes the bug you have described, and also has custom text for Countdown event. _________________ Piotr
