CD Burner locks up during image file creation

I have set and reset all the setting parameters and cannot get the burner to work once in 20 attempts

Please run the program, and press CTRL+L. The folder with the log file cdgblog.txt will be displayed. Please attach the file to a e-mail message, and send it to me.
