I downloaded the newest version of powerkaraoke cdg burner, and everything was going great about a month ago. Now when I try to burn cd's I am placeing cdg's or bin's in the track list, and when I burn, it is successful, but when I use the player (powerkaraoke player), I am unable to see the graphics, just hear the music. That would be fine, but I have wasted 5 disks trying to adjust different settings. I noticed tonight that the disks are burning off into a CDA type file. When I go into mycomputer/E:drive/cd, I open the cd, and it shows track1.cda now what in the world do you suppose that means and what can I do about it? Regardless, when I open the tracks I hear only music, and see no graphics. Thank you in advance! Krista

If you view an original CD+G disc in a computer CD-Rom you will also see CDA files only. You need special software (like Power CD+G Player Pro) to play CD+G discs on your computer.

Have you tried to play the CD+Gs you burn with Power CD+G Player Pro? You need to select 'Load disc' command and then click on the track you want to play (demo version will suffice for testing purposes).

Regarding Power CD+G Burner -- please make sure that you are using the latest version, and try changing burning mode to CDRDao. If this still does not work please email us a log file created by Power CD+G Burner. It is cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner' directory. This will allow us to find what the problem might be.
