| When the internet is plugged in, the cd+g burner is unlocked. Everything works ok. But if I take my laptop to a friends house that doesn't have internet, my cd+g burner opens in the locked (trial) mode. My e-mail is wwofrob@hotmail.com or wwofrob@earthlink.net Thanks, Rob. |

Please download and install the latest version of the software available at our website. It should resolve the problem you are having.

What operating system are you using?
Please try registering the program when you are not connected to the internet and see if it stays registered.

| I'm using xp. When I register cd+g burner with the internet disconnected, the burner was okay. But then, I closed the program, plugged up my internet, opened the cd+g burner and it was locked. I then, registered the program with my internet connected and it unlocked. I tried it both ways again and had to register it to unlock it. It seems like ever which way I register the program (hooked to the internet or not hooked to the internet) thats the only way it will work. I've looked at the other postings and can't find a solution. Thanks for any advise, Rpb. |

Please try downloading Power CD+G Burner 1.3.14 and see if the problem persists.

| Downloaded 1.3.14 Same problem. Could there possibly be two programs and it looks at each one different if its hooked to the internet or not? I don't know, I'm just trying to put some kind of suggestions out there. Would it help to uninstall everything and totally start over? Would I still be able to use my same unlock code if I download a totally new cd+g burner? Thanks for any help. Rob. |

Power CD+G Burner does not use internet for anything else but FreeDB lookup. Can you please email me a screenshot of About dialog box?
