Hi,
I've bought power video karaoke today and i received the unlocked code. I register but I have some problems using the programme...

1. When I try to import lyrics, I have a message saying that what i try to do is not a valid action and the programme stops. In order to succeed, i must first import lyrics and after that import the mp3 song

2. after synchronized the lyrics with the song, i try to make a video file but impossible to do it... nothing appens...

Please help me,

Are you able to open and create the sample song?

Have you tried updating DirectX on your computer? You may download it from http://www.microsoft.com.

Also it would help if you described which operating system is installed on your machine.

ok i download the newest version of divx but apparently it's not the solution...
I have windows 2000, and i have the 1.2.6 version of power video karaoke.

This is how i proceed :

- I import the lyric and the song
- I synchronize all the song
- and then i click the "write AVI movie" button but nothing happens, no new window appeared...

I'm not good at computer so i don't know what to do...

ps : sorry for my English but my mothertongue is French...

Jerome, I was suggesting to download DirectX not DivX. But if you have indeed downloaded DirectX and it did not help, then please try if 'Video Settings' button of menu command will display the Settings dialog box.

It looks like there is some problem with opening this dialog box -- it may be due to compression. Are you able to create video for the sample song?

You may also want to communicate with me using email, it might be faster and more convenient.
