After upgrading from 1.2.9 to 1.2.11a PK now crashes and will not load
pkd files.

error message: Invalid page fault in MFC71.DLL

I have reinstalled PK still No-Joy!

I need help bad!!! The meterial I was working on is needed for
this weekend's karaoke session.

I am sorry that you are having problems. What operating system are you using? When exactly does the crash occur? If it is only during loading PKD files please send me one of the files that is causing the problem. Also is it PowerKaraoke, PowerKaraoke Plus or Power VIdeo Karaoke?

In the future I would advice to send urgent support messages via email (it may happen that we do not visit forum, but we answer to emails as soon as we can).
