I can successfully burn discs, but on playback only the soundtrack plays. The text does not appear. I can successfully rip cd+g discs. Can anyone help?

Are you playing your disc on a CD+G player, or on your PC using the Player Pro program?

If not Player Pro, DL and install the Player Pro program, and test the disc on your PC using the demonstration mode.

What is the make and model number of your machine if that is what you are using?

Thanks for your quick response! I am playing the disc back on my PC using KaraFun karaoke software. I haven't actually tried it in the karaoke machine.

If still no luck please send us a log file created by Power CD+G Burner. It is cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner' directory. This will allow us to find what the problem might be.

And,

Have you yet tested your disk on your PC using the trial version of Power CD+G Player Pro?

I dont think the Karafun software can play back a CD+G disk... i'm sure that it is only used as a software player to playback files ripped to your HD.
