I have used Power CD+G Burner for quite sometime - When I download songs , I normally use Cavs - The songs that are from Top Hits Monthly on some players will have scrambled words and bad screens . Garble if you will .. The thing is that on the same disc at the same time we can burn Chartbusters with no bad spots at all -- This has become very frustrating because some places we go , we can not use some of our songs on other players they play fine -- We do like the Top Hits Monthly/Panoroma songs .. I have tried slowing the speed down - Going to CDRAO mode ect... Surely someone else has had this issue . I also have tried this on two different burners -- It just will not correct itself ... Can anyone help ?

What player are you using? It may be the player problem. Have you tried to play your discs with Power CD+G Player Pro or Siglos?

We have used several players -- The RSQ gives us the most problems -- However we do not have the option of telling the KJ that they need to purchase a different player so our songs will work in it .. All of our purchased CDGs work and also some songs on the disc play fine , while others have garbled screens ..

Please email us a log file created by Power CD+G Burner. It is cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner' directory. This will allow us to find what the problem might be.
