|
|
Hi,
As much as I love this little program, I would love it even more if it didn't keep crashing on me.
There seems to be no pattern to it. Sometimes it just hangs whilst encoding from files on my hard drive. I have to force quit and restart the batch.
I am using the latest version.
Any suggestions?

I'm using XP SP2, fully up to date.
I am converting files in batches of 90 at a time. Is that too many?
Next time it happens I will post the Windows crash report files here. I should have thought of that earlier.

Okay, below are the error reports from the last 2 crashes. I hope this helps you, because it means absolutely nothing to me! If there is anything else I can send, let me know.
My system was reinstalled a few weeks ago, and I had the problem before and after that. I also had the problem with version 1.0.21.
Thanks,
Mikey

Seems to be random. I have seen it as early as the 5th file, and as late as the 89th.
Also, it happens both when I am at my computer using another program, and when it is left unattended as the only program running. |

Sorry, I misunderstood you.
Yes, when I reprocess a file it goes through fine. |
