Sirs:
I downloaded your power CDG Burner program and burnt a few songs (the 1st minute) and when I put it into my JVC303 player it would not recognize the 1st song. The other 4 played just fine. Your power player played them all. Any suggestions?

Please try using lower burn speed when burning CDs. Also many karaoke players are picky when it comes to playing CD-R discs, so please try using different brand of discs (we recommend using audio-dedicated CDs, ideally with silver recording surface).
Also please try if the CD you burn plays on your computer from CD drive using Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder (demo version is available from our website). If the CD plays on your computer then the problem is with media you are using. _________________ Piotr

If the burned disk plays fine on your computer, then it must be the player.
You can burn the first track twice to get aroung that.

I've fixed the problem or found a work around, by trying all options one at a time and in combination. What finally worked was to select under settings:
Use CDRDAO Burning engine
Use MMC-Raw driver
Auto
And the faster the burn speed the better it worked.
2x would not play the first track
8x would not play the first track
16x would sometimes play the first track
24x would always play the first track
The file to be burnt had to be a ‘BIN’ file as ‘CDG’ would not display the graphics.
Granted it took many tries to figure it out, and my equipment is located at a local bar, where I play, so it took me some time and a few trips, but I got it.
If this helps others, your welcome, if not, sorry.
Thanks for the responses, I am awaiting my unlock code

Great!
How did your burned disks play on your computer (all burn speeds)?

| As far as playing on my computer I do not have the full version of Power CDG player so I can only comment on the 3 tracks that it allowed me to play, and they played great. |
