Can't Create Image File

I have used Power Karaoke Burner for some time with no problems. However, my husband was attempting to learn how to burn and I believe he must have inadvertantly removed some executable software. When attempting to burn the songs to disk, I now get "Can't create image file" Will I need to download and reinstall the software again? Crying or Very sad

Please try downloading and installing the latest version and see if it works properly.
