Have just purchased siglos karaoke player/recorder

I have tried loading normal cd+g cd's into the player as well as midi files, but everytime i try to load anything the player crashes.

My cd+g cd's work if i play them on cd+g player pro though

I'm really confused, any help will be appreciated

What operating system are you using? Also which version of Siglos are you using?

Im using windows xp and siglos 1.0.10

Please see if you are able to access recording settings in Siglos. Also please click on the main program window and press Ctrl+Shift+L. 'Log enabled' message should appear. Load the file and start playing. When Siglos crashes go to C:\Program Files\Doblon\Siglos. You will find two files there: graph.txt and log.txt. If the files are not there please look for sigloslog.txt in My Documents folder. Please email them to me.

Have followed the steps but can only find the sigloslogtext file you mentioned, ill email them to you.
