I changed my operating system to Vista Ultimate and subseqiuently lost the programs, which weren't working right anyway. Now when I try to reload them I can only get the demo version. Can you fix this for me. I have the access codes but it doesnt seem to matter. I need you to get back to me right away. Thanks. Sad [/b]
