Hello,

We are running Windows ME with the newest version of Power CD+G burner. Our burner is a Lite-On 52x combo drive. We are getting a blue screen with a "VXD ----" error. This is while ripping to a BIN. We have already tried lowering the reading speed and applying the Adaptec ASPI drivers. The error seems to occur at random points during the ripping process. In other words, it doesn't appear to be with respect to any one track or disc. Please advise. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Please try to reinstall the software. Did you try to rip to different format, for example to MP3+CDG?

I did as was suggested and uninstalled/reinstalled the software. In addition we tried the MP3+CDG format and either way we still ran into the VXD ---- stop error message. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Could you please send a log file created by Power CD+G Burner to support@powerkaraoke.com. It is
cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner'
directory (if you are using Windows Vista please press Ctrl+L and the
folder containing the log file will be displayed). This will allow us to
find what the problem might be.

I'm having the same problem when burning discs. I've wasted eight so far. Is there any way I can reinstall the older version of Power CD+G Burner until the bug is fixed?
