I have lost my unlock code.

If you have lost the unlock code due to computer crash or virus, please send your details to support@powerkaraoke.com. Include full name and home address specified in the order form.

Important! If you have lost the unlock code for Karaoke CDG Creator or Karaoke CDG Creator Pro and one year of support period has passed, you have to renew the license first to obtain the lost unlock code.
