I go to add songs out of a file, retrieve the files it gives me an error power cd&g has encountered a problem and needs to close sorry for the inconvience ....what could the problem be thanks.... P.S...........I'm Useing the newest Version of your software and running Windows XP with SP2

Could you please send us a log file created by Power CD+G Burner. It is cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner' directory (if you are using Windows Vista please press Ctrl+L and the folder containing the log file will be displayed). This will allow us to find what the problem might be.

Yes I will send the log file to you via my AOL email Account it will be address from ( donviani@aol.com )
P.S. .......just to let you know I also uninstalled the program deleted the the Main Folder ( Doblon ) in the Programs folder then reinstalled the program again, but only got the same results. Hope you can help me out with this problem........thanks

Looks like some MP3 files are not opened properly by standard Windows interface (they probably contain extra ID3 entries). Installing this codec:

fixes the problem.
