i had demod "karaoke dvd burner" which seemed to work fine.
but since i have "purchased it", it hasnt worked once.
every single time i hit the "burn" button, i get a error message and the program shuts down.

you have no idea how completely frustrating this is, considering i purchased it because it was "what i needed" for my collection.

why does only the "demo" program work and as soon as the program is "paid" for it crashes ?

and "yes" i have e-mailed for product support, and "yes" i have attached the log file and not once have i gotten a reply.

what gives guys ??

cant i get "what i paid for ?" Evil or Very Mad

okay, i received your response to update (and why didnt it tell me there was a update available, since i have "check for updates on close "checked ?)

the first time i tried it did the same thing.

i discovered if i deleted the temp files several times it would convert the files.

after ten hours of creating files (196 of them , with only 25 in each folder) the program stopped and waited for me to click "burn now " (why doesnt it automatiaclly burn the disk ?)

the first time it crashe with the "burn failed" box at 18 % and ruined that disk.
the second disk i ruined crashed at 14% and the third disk was ruined at 16%.

so i deleted all the filed and started again.

another 10 hours later, the same thing !!!!

i have e-mailed you all of the logs and once again "no response".

so once again i ask "whats the sense ???"

this forum is "loaded" with people complaining that this program doesnt work so "why charge for it ?" Shocked

I am sorry for the problem -- please reinstall the program, but make sure that SPTD is enabled during installation (it is on the fifth page of the setup program). Then try burning again.

We have been selling software for many years, Karaoke DVD Burner has been around for nearly a year. We have tested it as good as we can, but still sometimes compatibility issues arise and we try to fix them as soon as we can.

You may also try to install the K-Lite Basic Pack:
