Probably you have made an error when entering our registration number. The best way is to copy the email and the number from this email and then paste it into the Unlock dialog box. After you have done this your name should appear in About dialog box.
If you are sure that this does not apply to you, please send the screenshot of About and Unlock dialog boxes to
[email protected] and we will try to figure out what might be the problem.
