I have a main computer (desktop) and a laptop that I use for karaoke. I do most of my setup on my main computer. Do I have to buy two programs?

I am upgrading my laptop and am trying to move my existing software to the new laptop. I put the program onto a thumbdrive and tried openining it on the new computer, but it comes up with an error message saying there was a problem and it has to close. Am I missing a step? Also, is there somewhere I can get my code to unlock it? I purchased it back in January and no longer have the email.

I bought your programs two + years ago and have not been able to use it from the begining. your statements to me were My windows XP would not run it. You also said you would let me know when you update. I see you have updated and did not call me. Why? please contact me at leeazon@insightbb.com to tell me how to down load. You may also call me or my husband Tim at (812)499-4770. Please help me get this operating by the early part of next week. I would be interested in the new systems of DVD copies also.
I hope you now mean it when you say you want paying customers to be happy.

I already own Siglos karaoke software but I'm trying to buy the "Siglos Karaoke Professional" program. I understand it should only cost me $50.00. How do I pay for it.
