I recently downloaded the trial version of Power Karaoke and the application crashes whenever I try to load an MP3 soundtrack file.

I have attempted to load various MP3s and am seeing the same behavior each and every time.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Does the software support this OS??

I have some karaoke files in mpeg-2 format. I know that elecard mpeg-2 plug-in will help to play it. However, I just want to know besides elecard mpeg-2 plug-in and k-lite codecs pack, is there any other plug-in software that i can find out there. Elecard and K-lite codecs pack is not compatible with Window 7.

best regards

Yeah, we are aware of this problem, however we have not come with an idea to implement multiple singer for song and to keep the interface simple. As a last resort you may always manually adjust the rotation.

You may create an initial rotation and save it as Preset (click 'Presets' button to save, load, and manage presets).

You need to adjust the 'Name parsing rule' in the Import songs dialog box to the format of the filenames you are importing.

For example, for the filename:

The Beatles_-_Help.cdg

The name parsing rule should be:

Artist _-_ Title

In Siglos Pro, is there a way to reset the playlist/rotation list back to as if nothing has been played?

Reason I ask is that I would like to export the list of songs/performers so I can list it on the website at http://www.clubcaritas.com

Right now all I have to know who did what is memory and the request list, which doesn't take rotation into account.

I'm trying to figure out how I deal with the following scenario:
Sam spikey and mike hoar perform a song together
Joan ark gets put into rotation
mike hoar gets put into rotation
claude rains gets put into rotation
Sam spikey and mike hoar get put down for another song
mike hoar and Joan ark get put down for a song

notice the problem? Mike Hoar is singing first (with Sam), third (solo), fifth (with Joan) and sixth (with Sam again)

however, I don't see how to avoid this. The software sees "Mike","Mike and Sam" and "Mike and Joan" as separate people. And they partially are, but it means Mike Hoar here can schmooze himself into duets all night and never really share the stage. Poor Claude Rains there is the Invisible Man as a result, and that's just not fair.

Yes, it does. I recommend to download the demo and try the software out. You may enable two weeks evaluation period, and test the fully functional version for the two weeks.
