&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;I bought Siglos Pro about 2 years ago and updated each time it prompted me.  Recently, I had to do a total reformat of my hard drive and discovered that the version of Siglos Pro I had would not allow me to enter my original registration.
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I got the message that this version was outside of the year's updates and that I would have to repurchase to use it.
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I'm confused.  Why did it prompt me to update the latest version, install it, and then later when I tried to reinstall - charge me for using it?
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Shouldn't it have given me that prompt earlier rather than allow me to install and use it?  Now the only version I have is one that is limited when I actually paid for a full version.

&lt;span class="postbody"&gt;I am using Siglos Pro off a laptop &amp;amp; use zip files. I play guitar at the same time so don't have a lot of time to be fiddling with the laptop.
&lt;br /&gt;
I have made up what I call playlists stored on my desk top &amp;amp; call up whichever list is appropiate.
&lt;br /&gt;
My problem is saving a key change or tempo change for use the next time I use that paticular playlist. Any help would be much appreciated.
