I have a new My Mike Karaoke System that uses a SD card with MP3+G
format to play I have a couple hundred Karaoke CDs I would like to convert to this format? Can it be done?

I'm afraid it is not a matter of simple conversion. The process of building the karaoke requires some user interaction. You may try out Karaoke CD+G Creator as I wrote in the answer to your other post.
