In order to make a screen shot do the following:

1. Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard (nothing will show on the screen)
2. Go to: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint
3. Press Ctrl+V to paste. If asked weather to enlarge the bitmap, click Yes.
4. Go to: File -> Save As
5. Under Save as type, select JPEG If you can not find it, skip this step)
6. Locate your desktop
7. Under Filename, give a name for the file
8. Click Save
9. Attach the file you saved on your desktop to your reply
