PK cdg creator - cannot bring in full files

I bought a song with 2 files (cdg and mp3). I want to bring them into my PK creator and add some timing notes. The Import from CDG goes well except only 20% of the words came in.

all the music plays but hardly any words. But if I play the CDG with Karafun Player, i see all the words and it plays fine.

What is happening? Thanks. Glen in NJ.
