Siglos Play/Recorder 2

I downloaded the demo software for Siglos Play/Recorder 2 so I can record from the computer. It appears to work until I plug in the microphone, then the sound stops. I tried running it through our mixer but it doesn't record properly. Are there instructions to record that address volume issues?

Are you sure the microphone works properly? Is is possible to record using this microphone with any other program?

Regarding volume issues, could you please describe them with more details?
