Adding new singers

I'm previewing the professional trial but can't seem to add singers. I'm doing the following:

Choose "AAdd Singer/Song" from the Rotation window
Selecting "Edit Singers" from the Add Singer window
Clicking the "+Add" button and entering the name in the pop-up window

When I click "OK" to add the name, nothing happens. If I try to do the same thing again using the same name I get "Singer Name Exists" dialog, but I never see the name anywhere. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a limitation of the trial. If so, how do you actually get to try the software out?

ok, no need to click "edit singers".
just click "add singer" as you did, then at the top type in the singers name and add a song. that's it.
edit singers is to edit currently existing singers (say you spelled their name wrong for example)
