Runtime Error !

After a couple minutes of running the program i get this error..

"Runtime Error!

Program C:Program Files (x86)\Doblon\SiglosPro\SiglosPro.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way"

It does not do this with the older version. I'm running version 2.1.1.40

ok, to things to do to start.
go to settings > tools > save settings.
this will save the layout of your SKP setup.
then this registry script:
http://www.powerkaraoke.com/download/si ... efault.reg
this wll reset everything back to default and can repair many issues.
then back to settings > tools > load settings, and load the file you saved earlier.

if it does not fix this issue, press ctrl+shift+L.
This will enable the logging.
Run the program until it causes the error message.
It will create a file named "Siglos Log" in your documents folder.
email that file to [email protected]

Thank you for your response. I followed the steps but it didn't fix the problem. I ended up reinstalling a fresh Window 7 and now working smoothly. Now my new problem is that no songs come up in the remote request. How can I fix this?

did you reload your database?

I used the one from the last version but I did notice the recently added songs do come up. Do I have to reload the entire database all over again?

search for the recently added songs in the normal search area, do they show up if you do?

They do show up in the normal area. I ended up importing all my music again that took me all day and now the show up in the remote request but now it's back to the runtime error. I have a fresh windows 7 software installed. It worked fine for the entire show without errors but all of a sudden its back to the original error.

is there anything in common when it gives the error?
songs with apostrophes, parentheses, etc.
playing an mp4
adding a song while one is playing, or just adding a song to the current singer
things like that, anything?

did you send the log to Support?

I gives the error at any scenario. With the music stopped or on. I don't even have to touch it sometimes. It started doing it again after I imported all the music. I also tried different restore points in my computer even one that worked before. I will try it with the old database file to see it that's the problem.

i wonder if there is a corrupt mp3 file somewhere that is pissing it off.

It does it even if I don't load anything on it. I ended reverting to version 2.0.71.0. I gave up on that one all though I would love the remote request option. I hope there is a fix soon with an update. I have the error log if you need it. If so Tell e where I can send it. Thanks

Hello, I have installed the latest version of 2.1.1.43. i seemed to be fie foe a while. I managed to import my all my files with success. after about 5 minutes of refreshing cookies for database I get the error once again.
